Oahu Spine and Rehab -- PT, Massage and Chiropractic care with childcare!

Image
Have you been looking for a great place for massage and/or chiropractic care? Look no further than Oahu Spine and Rehab, for busy parents, they also offer complimentary childcare while you see practitioners!!  They also offer Physical Therapy, pain management, rehabilitation, etc... You will find them at the Pearlridge Mall, lower level next to Longs Drugs. Plenty of parking nearby. I was SO surprised when I first discovered OSR two years ago and learned that they offered childcare during my appointment. No other massage or chiropractic place I've ever used all over the country has offered this service. It's a game changer for parents! AND the childcare is good and my kids enjoy going there once a month when I go!  Please mention my name (Kristin McNab) of you go! 💗🤙 I really do love this place, their kind staff and would recommend to any friends.

Secret Island -- Gorgeous spot looking at Kualoa Ranch

Image
This spot on Oahu takes your breath away!     Have you wondered how to find it?    Here's a quick guide to get there... Enter Kualoa Regional Park in Kaneohe, across from Kualoa Ranch. The park opens at 7am each day. I recommend going as close to 7am as you can or after 3pm. Follow the road in, you'll pass several parking lots on your left and you'll see Chinaman's Hat on your left.  On your right you'll approach a dirt road, turn onto it and follow it to a building with a bathroom. Park in that gravel parking lot by the bathrooms, campsites and other buildings. Walk towards the beach and follow the path to your right (or walk along the beach) until you reach a covered picnic area with long tables. Head around the picnic area and follow the trail to the other side of the island, you'll come upon 3 separate docks that face the Kualoa Ranch on Moli'i Pond. Do not try to go and see this lovely spot between 8am and 3pm as it is being used by Kualoa...
